At Home in Missoula
Sorry it has been forever, but I have been busy and then so remarkably unbusy that I didn't know what to do. I am in school at the U of M, and my Dear Husband is back offshore. I have a few friends here in town and some family as well, but I sure miss NOLA and all of ya'll that are still in that warm area of the world. I am just happy when it's not below 40 degrees in the morning when I go to walk Sophie. We have had a few adventures since we've moved. A family reunion, the beautiful wedding of Ace and Amy (Congratulations!), and a run-in with a skunk, luckily no thiols involved (thiols are what makes 'em so stinky). So it has been interesting to say the least. I take the bus to the University weekdays and usually see a couple of deer, sometimes up to 5, yes I live in town, there's just deer all over the place. I have seen 8ft fences in some peoples backyards around their gardens to try to keep the deer out. I will try to post every week or more so I don't feel like I am so very far away.

Yea! good to hear from you lady! I miss you guys so much, luckily there is a guy in some of my classes that reminds me a lot of Hounge. And there's a girl who for some reason reminds me of you, but I'm not sure what that reason is, perhaps your gestures? Anyway, miss you lots and lots and lots. Made a great 3 bean soup last night, I'll post the recipe on my blog tonight and you can make it for yourself for next week---xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoox nat
Excellent! I am so glad your blogging. I won't feel as out of touch now. I can't wait to see pictures of all the cool things you get to see up there too, since it'll be forever before I save enough leave to take a vacation again.
